1. Pricing Information
We are dedicated to offering competitive prices while ensuring a seamless online booking experience. Unless otherwise specified, all rates displayed on our website are quoted on a per-person basis and exclude gratuities for tour guides or drivers, visa and passport fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodations, room services, and laundry. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline costs, hotel fees, or transportation expenses.
2. Payment Options
We accept a wide range of major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment is required via credit card, and guests must provide their credit card information to complete the transaction, which will be reflected on their billing statement.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation email. You can present this confirmation as proof of payment to the service provider when redeeming your tour package. Please ensure you provide accurate information regarding your travel needs at the time of booking.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation
- Each tour activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Clients are encouraged to review these policies before booking any activities with Royal Rams Tourism.
- Combo tours may be canceled; however, if you cancel one of the individual tours within a combo, the remaining tours will no longer qualify for the combo pricing. In this case, Royal Rams Tourism will determine the cost for the non-canceled tour and issue a refund accordingly.
