1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued.

2. Payments

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked. Some tours, attraction tickets, and promotional offers may be non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, carrying valid travel documents, arriving on time, and complying with all applicable laws and safety instructions

5. Liability

Royal Rams Tourism acts as an intermediary for certain travel services and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, prices, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice when necessary.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
